Mark David Williams, 59, husband of Frances Amanda “Mandy” Williams, entered into eternal rest on February 4, 2022.
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday at Ebenezer United Methodist Church with the Reverend Mike Written officiating. The family will receive friends an hour before the service in the church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mark was born on May 20, 1962, in Columbia a son of the late Terry Walton Williams and Fay Settles Williams. He was a graduate of Lower Richland High School and studied at NPU. He was a well-known dock builder and the owner and operator of the Great Outdoors Construction. He was also employed with the Charleston Naval Shipyard in Nuclear Technology for 15 years. Mark was an avid hunter, fisherman, enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson and loved the Carolina Gamecocks. He was predeceased by a brother, Walt Williams.
Surviving is his wife, Frances Mandy Williams, Adams Run; sons, Ryan White, Bowman and Clint (Dustie Wilcox) Williams, Summerville; grandchildren, Bryce William White, Ryley Martin White, Keygan Thomas White, Willow Lee Williams and Elgin Thomas William; a brother, Steve Williams; a sister, Shannon (Jamie) Dillard; sister-in-law, Beth Williams; uncle, James (Peggy) Settles, Fredericksburg, VA; niece, Kaitlyn Dillard and nephews, Nick and Greg Williams. He will be missed by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
