Obituary
James Edward Goude, 75, widower of Louise Ledford Goude, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, April 22, 2023 at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery, 5502 Wire Road, Branchville with Rev. Dawjr Wood officiating. Visitation will be an hour before the service.
James was born on August 18, 1947, in Conway, a son of Dulcita Yates Leech and the late Edward Tillman Goude, He attended Murray Vocational High School, was an Army Veteran and was a sales supervisor with Wetterau Merchandise. He was a member of Memorial Baptist Church and loved woodworking. He was predeceased by a daughter, Amanda Goude.
Surviving is his mother Dulcita Yates Leech, West Ashley; are his brothers, Lamar (Cindy) Goude, West Ashley and Jack (BeeBee) Goude, Moncks Corner; four sisters, Frances Davis, N. Charleston, Marva Dean Tebbett, Brentwood, CA, Jackie (Roy) Evans, West Ashley, and Wannetta Kitts, Biloxi, MS ; special friend, Mary Frances Mason, West Ashley and a number nieces and nephews.
