Georgia Nettles Lynch

Georgia Nettles Lynch, 88, passed away on August 3, 2022. Mrs. Lynch was born in Grover, SC to the late Peter and Anna Dora Carson Nettles. 

She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Robert (Bobby) Lynch, and one son Mike (Cheryl) Lynch of St. George.  She is also survived by two siblings Betty Chinners, and Floyd (Della) Nettles, both of St. George.  She had ten grandchildren.

Mrs. Lynch was predeceased by four of her own children Ricky, George, Thomas (Puddin’), and Bridgette Lynch Murrow; one grandson, Jason Lynch; and sister, Catherine Wimberly Rochell.

Mrs. Lynch graduated from St. George High School.  She worked and retired from the SC School Food Service. 

A Memorial Service will be held at Bryant Funeral Home, 607 N. Parler Avenue, St. George, on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 2:00 PM with the Reverend Steve Mims officiating.
