Mrs. Dorma C. Edmonds, 80, wife of TSgt Melvin Edmonds, USAF Ret entered eternal rest on Wednesday December 29, 2021, at Pruitt Health in Walterboro.
Graveside Services will be 11 A.M. Saturday January 1, 2022, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Steve Mims officiating with burial to follow in Cemetery.
Dorma “Miss Bunny” was born in Villa Rica, Georgia on October 19, 1941, a daughter of the late Charles Robert Trout Sr. and Dorma Buce Trout. She attended Murray Vocational School and was a receptionist for H & R Block in Summerville and Alabama. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her siblings Mary Alice Trout and Charles Robert (Celie) Trout Jr.
Surviving are her husband TSgt Melvin Cecil Edmonds, USAF Ret.; 2 sons, Howard C. “Skip” Edmonds, Charleston and Martin “Marty” Edmonds; Daughter, Melody ( Buck) Stanley, all of St. George; three grandchildren; Sierra Edmonds, Gerald Stanley, Amy Hughes; seven great-grandchildren, Leia Cottrell, Natalie Horne, Amber (Tony) Kwakenat, Thomas Stanley, III, Mia Stanley, Michael Thomas Hughes, Matthew Hughes, a great-great-grandson, Jackson Lee Kwakenat; sister, Mildred V. Trout, Charleston.
