Rocky Allen Sweatman

Rocky Allen Sweatman, 57, of Walterboro, entered eternal rest on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at Trident Medical Center.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday at St. George Memorial Gardens, 201 Spring Road, St. George with the Reverend Stephen Crosby officiating.  Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5:00-7:00 PM at Bryant Funeral Home.  

Rocky was born on June 3, 1961 in Orangeburg, a son of Jeanette S. Sanchez and the late Robert Arthur Sweatman, Sr. He was a graduate of Orangeburg High School and was a truck driver with Allen Butler Enterprises. 

Surviving are his two sons, Richard “Ricky” (Cynthia) Sweatman, Bowman and Ryan Austin Sweatman, Columbia; his mother, Jeanette Sweatman (Mario) Sanchez, Orangeburg; fiancé, Tina Allen, Walterboro; grandchildren, Celina Taylor Sweatman, Raldin Allen Sweatman, Cailey Lynn Sweatman, Cailynn Shay Sweatman; brothers, Robert A. (Linda) Sweatman, Cordova and Lewis Sweatman, Holly Hill; sisters, Gwen (Mike) Blewer, Orangeburg, Sharon (Kent)Hamp, Port Orange, FL, Debbie (Zonnie) Horne, St. George and Susie (Armondo) Palmieri, Durham, NC.
