John M. Wannamaker, Jr.

John M. Wannamaker, Jr., 72, of Bowman, widow of Peggy Ann Hunt Wannamaker, died on Tuesday, June 18, 2019.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Michael Whitten officiating. 

Johnny was born on October 23, 1946, a son of the late John M. Wannamaker, Sr. and Ruth Bowman Wannamaker.  He was a welder with Argo Cement Plant and served in the US Navy during the Vietnam Conflict.  He was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church.

Surviving is his son, Marty Wannamaker; daughters, Theresa Wannamaker and Brenda Wannamaker; step-daughters, Sherri Roberts and Kellie (Hamp) Cutter; 6 step-grandchildren and 3 step great-grandchildren; step-brother, Benjamin Bozard; and, a step-sister, Patsy Williams.
